The peninsula cottage is located at the foot of the mountains Valins, quiet and peaceful places. Valinouet the ski center and snowmobile and ATV trail nearby. (15 minutes for 22 km Valinouet) Hiking, fishing, hunting, snowshoeing, bird interpretation center, excursion to the valley of ghosts etc.. Pedalo provided on Lake Leon. The cottage includes: private parking, alarm system, large landscaped lot, shed was padlocked for the shower, washer dryer, fully equipped kitchen (toaster, microwave, coffee maker, stove melted, BBQ, dish washer, ustencile, cookware, kitchen towel, and cleaner, bedding etc.. Television 42 inch, dvd, mp3 radio, cassette player, two windows overlooking the lake. Firewood available, slow combustion fireplace, mezzanine which serves as 2 nd bedroom, 54 inch bed, electric heating convectair, no smoking.
