3 bedrooms with beds (sleep 5 people easily), bathroom with hairdryer, kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, crockery and linen. Dinette and a large lounge with glass front on 24 x 11.5 feet. Satellite TV, telephone, electric heating and iron.
Great Gallery 28 x 16 feet with BBQ. Dock on 28.5 x 12 feet, 10 feet and 8 feet with rowboat, pedal boat, canoe. Pergola with campfire and cabana with refrigerator and telephone.
Swimming in clear water and outstanding. Several residents drink water from the lake. It include fishing for speckled trout and lake trout.
No motor boat and very quiet.
From the chalet hiking with many miles of trails for walks (mostly shady) and mountain biking.
For insurance issues, hygiene and allergy it is strictly forbidden to smoke
The weekly rental is Sunday 4:00 p.m. to the following Sunday at noon.

The terms of bookings
* The reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of deposit of 20% of the cost of renting.
* The balance of payment of the rent is payable in the first days of the date of stay.
* The weekly rental is Sunday 4:00 p.m. to the following Sunday at noon
* all prices are subject to GST and PST
The cancellation policy
* As a last minute cancellation leaves us little chance of finding a new tenant we need to have a cancellation policy.
* Cancellation must be made 30 days prior to arrival date for a refund of deposit.
