Description
Private cottage located on a lake in the peaceful region of Lanaudière, ten kilometers from Saint-Michel-des-Saints. This second home is well maintained and tastefully furnished. The knotty pine interior walls make it warm and very welcoming.
It has two bedrooms + sofa bed, and can accommodate six people. The functional and well equipped kitchen will please the most demanding cooks. The bathroom is newly renovated in 2007 is modern and up to date. Each has two pretty bedrooms with double beds.
The living room is large, and many comfortable chairs. A wood stove, a CD and DVD player complete the furniture. The dining and living room, very open-fenestrated and offer breathtaking views of the lake.
In summer, the large gallery overlooking the front and side of the cottage, there is a BBQ, a picnic table and several chairs. A brand new T-shaped dock provides easy access to the lake and hosts a canoe and a rowboat. Some lifesavers are also available. Three chairs with cushions and several beach chairs, allow the fariente on the platform between swimming in the lake.
Rental is per week ($ 600) or the month and the price varies by season. Leasing is also possible in winter, but under certain conditions to discuss with the owners. An amount of $ 150 is required upon booking and the remaining $ 450 will be paid one week prior to your arrival. The owners may also request a deposit if they see fit.
