Terms of rental cabins 551 and 567 Lake Road Mandeville, Mandeville, Quebec Canada. The tenant agrees to comply with the following rental conditions and leave the cottage in the same condition as arrival.
1. No pets
2. Week: Friday 4:00 p.m. Friday at 11:00 hr hr
3. Weekend: Friday to Sunday 8:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m. hre hre
4. An amount of $ 300 is required upon booking (non refundable if canceled within 30 days), this amount will become the security deposit.
5. The total amount is payable on arrival and the keys either in cash or certified check.
6. The security deposit will be returned after maintenance and inspection of the premises within one week stay.
* On departure, the doors should be locked, the key on the counter and windows closed.
* The dishes must be in the dishwasher or row.
* The waste must be deposited in the trash and recyclables in the blue bin outside.
