Establishment policy
A deposit of half of the amount before taxes is due at the reservation, the rest + the security deposit are due 30 days before check in. Please take note that nothing is refundable apart from the security deposit.
A security deposit of 200$ will be add to the total amount and return after verification of the cottage 1-2 days after your check out, by mail or via credit card.
To reserve, you have to call and fill a contract.
N.B. For all renting via credit card, the name and the adress on the contract must be exactly the same as the one on your credit card bill down to the ponctuation sign. You also must sign de credit card receit and return it with your signed contract by the mail.
