Description

Very big cottage situated about 1 hour from Montreal. Easy access by the 125 north, this intimate cottage has a very large yard bordered by a beautiful pond. A dock await's you where you can take a sun bath, you also have a canoe and a sand square for the childrens.

5 bedrooms that can accommodate 12 people, a sauna, a four seasons six places outdoor spa, a pool table (31/2' x 6'), 2 complete bathrooms with one that has a therapeutic bath. Fireplace, dishwasher, satellite, microwave, BBQ, telephone, dvd player with 10 dvds and much more...

Activities in the surrounding area: the Ouareau river , rafting, kayaking ... To swim, you have the choice between: the lake nearby or the pond in front of the house.

Other activities:golf, ATV (rental is available), mountain biking... In winter: alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, virginia deer observation, slides, snowmobile, ATV and ice skating.

Establishment policy

A deposit of half of the amount before taxes is due at the reservation, the rest + the security deposit are due 30 days before check in. Please take note that nothing is refundable apart from the security deposit.

A security deposit of 500$ will be add to the total amount and return after verification of the cottage 1-2 days after your check out, by mail or via credit card.

To reserve, you have to call and fill a contract.

N.B. For all renting via credit card, the name and the adress on the contract must be exactly the same as the one on your credit card bill down to the ponctuation sign. You also must sign de credit card receit and return it with your signed contract by the mail.
