Spacious, brightly lit and well-equipped, the Captain's House is the perfect place to experience the peace and quiet, rest and relaxation.
It offers breathtaking views of beautiful landscapes, occupying a prime location: The Captain's House has gable on the street from the dock of Lotbinière. Formerly, the platform was used to ferry port connecting Lotbinière to the North Shore. The ship's captain there was a house built, now newly renovated.
Enjoy your visit to relax or to explore the beautiful village of Lotbinière. Between its old stone houses and the dynamism of its people, you can practice all kinds of activities: discovery of local heritage, cultural excursions, water sports, golf, hunting, fishing, skiing, sledding?summer and winter, you never get bored in Lotbinière!
The Captain's House has 7 bedrooms, 3 upstairs, one on the ground floor and three basement. The kitchen and dining room adjoin the living room which features a glass fireplace, where you can admire the splendor of the St. Lawrence River.
Outside, you will be charmed by the lighthouse, which offers all the comforts to receive more than 40 people. A large gallery as well as a home can enjoy the outdoors. A spa is at your disposal if you wish, always with that beautiful view of the river and its sunsets.
