Terms and conditions

- 30% of the amount of rent non-refundable is required upon booking, the balance is payable on the first day of the occupation. For reservations less than a week the total amount is due upon booking.

- A security deposit of $ 400 is required at the beginning of the occupation and repaid at the end, after inspection.

- The amounts are payable in cash or certified check only.

- A confirmation is sent after the initial payment when booking.

- The price is calculated for a maximum of 4 persons, provide an additional $ 100 per week for each additional person in high season and $ 50 per week per additional person LOW SEASON

- The two weeks of construction in late July and early August are $ 1525/semaine.

- The arrival is at 16.00 hours and must leave before 11.00 hours.
