In winter, the ski bottom and the ice along the lake, will delight you. Several activities are offered in the area: hiking at National Trail in the Lower St. Lawrence, Lake Park Témiscouata Témis Golf Club, Ski Mont and Mont Farlagne Biencourt Base outdoor spa and Pohénégamook Nordic bath.
The house has 3 large comfortable bedrooms upstairs (queen beds and duvets-new condition), a single bed and a bathroom with bath / shower.
